Kelly Bissinger began his career in 1976 with The Simmons Group. Kelly's career focus has been in financial planning*, life insurance, health insurance benefits (group & individual), long term care benefits, retirement planning and investments* . Kelly has extensive knowledge in 401K, Simple, and SEP IRAs, along with Deferred Compensation plans. Kelly has a strong conviction for his chosen vocation, and believes that his continuing education in his field gives him an edge on all other planning specialists.

Except for a short stint as a waitress during high school, Insurance has been my lifelong career. It is an exciting and fulfilling industry and it is my goal to transfer this career's joy to our next generations of producers and staff. Outside my career, my life is full of family activities, travel, gardening, volunteer organizations including Rotary, Chamber and insurance industry organizations. These family and volunteer activities are very special to me and hopefully a blessing to others.

Justin has worked with The Simmons Insurance Group for 8 years in all aspects of the business. Justin is now in recruiting and training of new life agents. Justin loves helping new agents reach for their goals and dreams. He is married to Alissa and has a little boy, Lane and little girl, Isabella. In his free time he loves camping, hunting and fishing.

Jillian Malmberg

Jillian Malmberg joined The Simmons Insurance Group in 2008 to work with our clients in regards to their employee benefit programs including group health and voluntary benefits and currently operates as our Benefit Department Manager. Jillian originated in the Portland area where she obtained her bachelors of Accounting and bachelors of Business Finance from George Fox University. Jillian worked in public accounting at one of the big four national firms before taking a position as a controller and employee benefits coordinator with a successful construction firm. In 2005 she met her husband, Lance, an eastern Oregonian native who manages their family's custom harvest and transport business. Jillian is a an avid runner and coaches a Middle School Cross Country team, together with her husband they enjoy snowmobiling, traveling, and just welcomed their first child Brynley Kate in January of 2011.
